Privacy Policy
Your data is yours. Here is how Oramify handles the information you share when you join our waitlist or send a contact enquiry.
Effective date: 11 October 2026
The short version
We collect the information you submit in our waitlist and contact forms so we can manage registrations, respond to enquiries, and keep the website secure. Waitlist data is stored in our SQL database, and contact enquiries are delivered to our internal inbox. We use rate limiting to help prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal data.
1. Who we are
Oramify is an independent project operated by Ionathan Sideras, based in Lithuania.
For the purposes of applicable data protection law, Ionathan Sideras is responsible for the processing of personal data described in this Privacy Policy.
Website: oramify.com
Privacy enquiries: support@oramify.com
2. What information we collect
We currently collect personal data through two forms on this website: the waitlist form and the contact form.
For waitlist registrations, we process:
- Email address: the address you provide when joining the waitlist.
- Selected plan: the founding plan associated with your registration, if applicable.
- Pricing snapshot: a record of the published founding prices at the time of registration.
- Registration date and time: when your signup is recorded.
For contact enquiries, we process:
- Name: the name you enter in the contact form.
- Email address: your reply-to email.
- Company and subject: if you choose to provide them.
- Message content: the details of your enquiry.
- Submission date and time: when your message is sent.
Our rate-limiting service may process your IP address or a similar identifier to help prevent spam and abuse. Our hosting infrastructure may also process technical information, such as connection details and server logs.
3. Why we use your information
We use the information described above to:
- Register and validate waitlist submissions.
- Prevent duplicate registrations and automated abuse.
- Record your selected plan and the founding-price snapshot associated with your registration.
- Contact you about the launch and the early access you requested.
- Review and respond to contact enquiries you send through the website.
- Maintain the security, reliability, and proper operation of the website.
We do not sell your personal information or use your email address for unrelated marketing campaigns.
4. Our legal bases for processing
Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on an appropriate legal basis, depending on the purpose:
- Steps you request before a potential contract: managing your waitlist registration, recording the plan and founding-price offer you selected, and handling pre-sales or product enquiries you submit.
- Legitimate interests: validating demand, preventing abuse, protecting the website, and maintaining accurate waitlist records, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Consent, where required: for communications or other processing activities where consent is the appropriate legal basis.
- Legal obligations: where we must retain or disclose information to comply with applicable law.
Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
5. Founding prices and the waitlist
If you join the waitlist with a selected founding plan, we record the plan and a snapshot of the published founding prices. This helps us verify your registration and administer the founding-price offer described on our website.
Joining the waitlist does not itself create a paid subscription or guarantee access to a product that has not yet launched. Any final eligibility conditions, subscription terms, and duration of a founding-price commitment will be explained before a subscription is entered into.
If you request deletion of your information, we may no longer be able to verify or honour a founding-price reservation linked to that information.
6. Where your data is stored and who processes it
Waitlist records are stored in a SQL database on a virtual private server (VPS) that we administer. We manage access to the database and do not make the waitlist available for sale.
Contact form submissions are sent to our internal inbox so we can review and reply to your message.
Our website also relies on infrastructure providers to operate securely:
- VPS and hosting provider: hosts the application and database infrastructure and may process technical logs as part of providing the service.
- Upstash Redis: supports rate limiting to help prevent abuse of waitlist and contact form submissions. The rate-limiting identifier may include your IP address.
- Google (Gmail SMTP): processes contact form emails delivered to our inbox using our mail sending integration.
These providers may process information on our behalf to deliver their services. We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for their own advertising purposes.
We may disclose information if required by law or where necessary to protect our rights, users, or the security of our services.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep waitlist information for as long as reasonably necessary to manage your registration, administer any applicable founding-price commitment, and communicate about the launch you requested.
We keep contact enquiry emails for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, and manage follow-up communication.
If you ask us to delete your information, leave the waitlist, or the waitlist is discontinued, we will review and delete or anonymise the information when it is no longer needed, unless we must retain it for a legal obligation or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Technical security logs and rate-limiting records may be kept for shorter periods determined by operational and security needs.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, or disclosure.
These measures include restricting access to the database and using security controls to reduce automated abuse. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
Our website may use essential technical storage or similar technologies needed for its operation and security. The browser may also make technical requests when loading pages or the live demo.
If we introduce analytics, advertising, or other non-essential cookies or tracking technologies, we will update this policy and obtain consent where required by law.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to:
- Request access to your personal data.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Request deletion of your personal data.
- Request restriction of certain processing.
- Receive certain data in a portable format.
To exercise a right, contact us using the details in the "Who we are" section. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
11. Children's privacy
Oramify is intended for businesses and professionals, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the waitlist or contact form.
If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can review the situation and take appropriate action.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, data practices, or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published on this page with its updated effective date.
